From humble roots to redefining the industry, Aaron Bower and Ryan Diehl are founders of Earthtech Developers, each bringing a wealth of expertise to the company. Aaron Bower, who holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University and a Certificate of Horticulture from Niagara County Community College, leads the team in finance, project management, and estimating. He leverages over ten years of experience as a lead estimator and project manager in site construction to effectively bid on and manage projects. Ryan Diehl, with 25 years of field experience in constructing civil projects and 15 years as a job site foreman, serves as the sitework superintendent. Ryan’s extensive field references from inspectors, construction managers, and owners enable him to connect with all project stakeholders, contributing to the company’s success on any job.
